Simon is Chief Economist and Head of Research at Panmure Liberum - producing market-leading and II/Extel top-ranked economic analysis.
Simon also has responsibility for Panmure Liberum’s equity research and is a member of the Senior Leadership Team.
Simon joined Panmure Gordon in 2014, after a successful twelve years as an economic adviser in the UK Civil Service. He has a fortnightly column in The Times and is a regular contributor to BBC TV and Radio, CNBC, Bloomberg and Sky News.
