Richard joined Liberum in October 2020 after over 8 years in the Corporate Finance team at N&1 Singer.
Richard has over 20 years' experience and has also worked at Rothschild and Williams de Broë. He has acted on a variety of transactions including IPOs, secondary fundraises, restructurings and M&A. He has advised Main Market and AIM companies across a broad range of sectors, including support services, industrials, healthcare, consumer, technology and financials.
Richard is a Chartered Accountant and is a member of the London Stock Exchange’s Northern Regional Advisory Group.
