Matt joined Panmure Gordon in 2021 after 18 years at Barclays and prior to that 10 years at Deutsche Bank. Matt has spent most of his career as a senior HR leader in various roles.
Latterly Matt was Head of HR for all Group Support Functions at Barclays. Prior to this he was Head of HR for the Corporate Bank and prior to that he was Global Head of HR for Investment Banking.
At Panmure Liberum, Matt is responsible for all the support functions (IT, Ops, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Finance, HR, Communications, Marketing & Events).
