Freddy has over 20 years’ experience in Corporate Finance, ECM and M&A and has led numerous private fundraisings, M&A and equity market transactions. He has been Lead Adviser to many companies throughout their lifecycle including: MaxCyte, Qureight and Horizon Discovery.
Freddy was previously Head of Healthcare at Panmure Liberum, and is an AIM Qualified Executive. He also has a BSC (Hons) in Human Physiology.
