Ben joined Liberum in May 2021 as a member of the Investment Banking team.
Prior to joining Liberum Ben spent close to 6 years in corporate finance at Arden Partners working across a
range of sectors but with particular focus within professional services. Ben has advised on a variety of public market transactions including IPOs, secondary placings and takeovers as well as private M&A. Before that, Ben was in the Capital Markets Group at KPMG. Ben graduated from Durham University with a BSc (Hons) in Natural Sciences and is a Chartered Accountant.
