Amber has over 18 years’ Compliance experience, the majority of which have been in the SMID equities space.
She has headed up the Compliance functions at Shore Capital Markets, Puma Investments and latterly at Cenkos, where she was Head of Compliance and MLRO.
Amber joined Liberum in 2023 and was appointed Chief Compliance Officer on the merger with Panmure Gordon in May 2024.
Amber is Chair of the Secondary Markets Experts Group at The Quoted Companies Alliance, which champions the UK’s community of small and mid-cap publicly traded businesses and the firms that advise them, and a member of the Compliance Committee of the Association for Financial Markets in Europe.
