Liberum appointed as Joint Corporate Broker to Severfield plc
We are pleased to announce that Liberum has been appointed as Joint Corporate Broker to Severfield plc (“Severfield”) with immediate effect.
Severfield is the largest specialist structural steelwork company in the UK, with a growing presence in Europe and India and a reputation for performance and value. Headquartered in Yorkshire, Severfield has five manufacturing sites in the UK and one in India with an annual capacity to produce c.300,000 tonnes of fabricated steelwork. It is listed on the Premium List of the Main Market.
Severfield manages all aspects of the steel fabrication and construction process, from initial scheme design, through detailing, specification and manufacture to the handover and installation to clients of a quality product on-site. It operates across a wide range of market sectors including industrial, transport infrastructure, commercial and stadia & leisure.
Severfield has been involved in some of the most iconic buildings in the country. Projects include the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, Wimbledon No. 1 Court and 22 Bishopsgate with projects secured as part of HS2.
