Panmure Liberum appointed as Joint Broker to Debenhams Group (boohoo group plc)

Debenhams Group (boohoo group plc) is an online fashion retailer with a portfolio of 5 core brands (Debenhams, Boohoo, Boohoo Man, Karen Millen and Pretty Little Thing) and eight labels under a marketplace model across fashion, beauty and home products, targeting a diverse global customer base.

The Group announced their rebrand on 11 March, of a marketplace-led business model with proprietary technology and lean operating model, offering e-commerce expertise, best in class logistics and great customer service.

Debenhams is now fast-growing and highly profitable, generating GMV of £654m and net sales of £205m, with a c.12% EBITDA margin (on a net sales basis).
