Panmure Liberum acts as Nominated Adviser and Sole Bookrunner on One Health Group’s £7.4 million Placing and proposed Admission to AIM
We are pleased to announce that Panmure Liberum is acting as Nominated Adviser and Sole Bookrunner to One Health Group’s on its £7.4 million conditional Placing and proposed Admission to AIM. The gross proceeds to the Company of £5.2 million will be used to fund, alongside existing cash, its first owned surgical hub through to operation and gross proceeds to the selling shareholders of £2.2 million.

One Health is a provider of NHS-funded medical procedures, focused in areas where patient needs are under-supplied providing much needed care to over 13,000 new patients annually.
The Company also announced an Open Offer and Retail Offer (together with the Placing, the “Capital Raising”) to raise additional gross proceeds of up to £1 million.
The Capital Raising was undertaken to fund, alongside existing cash, the Group’s first owned surgical hub through to operation. The surgical hub is expected to be operational within one year of construction starting, deliver between £6 million to £9 million of revenue per annum, and be earnings enhancing in its first full year of operation.
The Company is proposing to cancel its listing on the AQSE Growth Market and seek admission to trading on AIM. Admission is conditional on the passing of the resolutions at the General Meeting, and trading on AIM is expected to commence on 20 March 2025.
Panmure Liberum was appointed as Aquis Corporate Adviser and Sole Corporate Broker to One Health in September 2024 and will continue as Sole Corporate Broker and Nominated Adviser following admission to trading on AIM.
