Panmure Liberum acted as Nominated Adviser, Joint Bookrunner and Joint Broker on Amaroq Minerals Ltd’s £27.5 million fundraise
We are pleased to announce that Panmure Liberum has acted as Nominated Adviser, Joint Bookrunner and Joint Broker on a significantly over-subscribed and successful fundraise for Amaroq Minerals, raising gross proceeds of £27.5m through a UK placing, an Icelandic placing and a Canadian subscription.
Amaroq’s principal business objectives are the identification, acquisition, exploration, and development of gold and strategic metal properties in South Greenland with their principal asset being the Nalunaq Gold mine which recently achieved first gold and is now in the commissioning and ramp-up phase.
The net use of proceeds of the fundraise will be used to strengthen the Company’s working capital position during Nalunaq’s ramp-up phase and to accelerate growth opportunities within the Company’s portfolio of assets in Greenland across both gold and strategic minerals.
Admission and settlement of the new shares are expected on 16 December 2024.
