Liberum appointed as Joint Corporate Broker to M&C Saatchi PLC

M&C Saatchi PLC (“M&C Saatchi” or the “Company”) is an international advertising agency network headquartered in the UK. M&C Saatchi operates a buy and build model with small, founder-led agency groups being acquired. The Company’s 5 core divisions are Global & Social Issues; Brand, Experience & Innovation; Connected Creativity; Performance Media and Passion Marketing.

The Company engages with global brands across a broad range of industries including Adidas, Coca Cola, and Samsung.

The agency was formed in January 1995 by Maurice and Charles Saatchi, the founders of the advertising group Saatchi & Saatchi. The Company has been quoted on AIM since July 2004 and currently has a market capitalisation of £110m.
