Liberum appointed as Nomad and Sole Corporate Broker to Safestay plc

Safestay plc (“Safestay”), quoted on AIM, is a leading player in the premium hostel market in the UK and Europe, providing stylish, comfortable and safe guest experiences city by city. The Company opened its first hostel in London in 2014 and since then has grown rapidly to 18 hostels in 10 different countries, offering a combined total of c.4,000 beds.

Safestay’s strategy is to create a leading brand of hostels, operating a new style of contemporary hostel, designed to appeal to a broad range of guests. Known as “boutique hostels” within the travel industry, they are aimed at providing safe, stylish accommodation which offers a more attractive alternative to both traditional hostels and budget hotel accommodation. The hostels are quirky and individualistic focusing on shared spaces and encouraging fun social interaction.

Liberum has been appointed as the Company’s Nomad and Sole Corporate Broker with immediate effect.
