Liberum appointed as Nomad and Sole Broker to Gateley (Holdings) PLC
We are pleased to announce that Liberum has been appointed as Nomad and Sole Broker to Gateley (Holdings) PLC (“Gateley”) with immediate effect.
Gateley provides commercial legal services together with complementary consultancy services.
It provides its services through 23 business lines across five operating segments: Banking and Financial Services, Corporate, Business Services, Employee Pensions and Benefits, and Property.
Gateley has grown revenues and profits consistently since becoming the first listed full-service commercial legal services business in June 2015.
Management’s strategy is to diversify the business by building out each of its platforms through organic growth and acquisition. Acquisition targets could be in either the legal services space, where Gateley is looking to strengthen its legal offering through new geographies or work types, or complementary non-legal businesses to sit alongside legal services. This allows it to offer clients a more comprehensive service.
