Liberum appointed as Joint Corporate Broker to The SimplyBiz Group plc

The SimplyBiz Group Plc (“SimplyBiz” or the “Company”) is a leading independent provider of compliance and business services to financial advisers and financial institutions in the UK. SimplyBiz has been quoted on AIM since April 2018 and has a market capitalisation of c. £145 million.

Liberum has been appointed as Joint Corporate Broker alongside Zeus Capital (also the Company’s Nomad) with immediate effect.
