Liberum appointed as Corporate Broker and Financial Adviser to Dar Global plc

Dar Global is a highly differentiated international real estate business focused predominantly on developing real estate projects comprising second homes for internationally mobile customers across the Middle East and Europe, including downtown Dubai, Muscat in Oman and the Costa del Sol region in Southern Spain.

The Company listed on the standard segment of the main market of the London Stock Exchange on 28 February 2023 with Liberum acting as sole Capital Markets Adviser on the transaction.

The Company published its first trading update today (26th April 2023), announcing good progress made on all its projects over the first quarter of 2023. Dar Global will report its Half Year results in September 2023.

Since its listing in February 2023 Dar Global has announced two new development launches, AIDA in Oman, and DG1, the Group’s first own-brand luxury living development, in Dubai. It has also recently announced a new brand partnership with Dolce & Gabbana in relation to the launch of the Company’s bespoke hospitality project in the Maldives.

Liberum  has been appointed as the Company’s sole Corporate Broker and Financial Adviser with immediate effect.
