Liberum's Investment Banking team expands with three new senior hires
Liberum is delighted to announce three new senior hires within its Investment Banking Support Services & Industrials team: Nicholas How, Richard Lindley and Benjamin Cryer.
How is responsible for managing the Support Services (including Transport) and Industrials sector team, a role previously held by Bidhi Bhoma who was appointed as Chief Executive Officer of Liberum in September 2020.
How joins Liberum with more than 20 years of experience providing corporate finance and broking advice to UK listed companies across equity capital markets and M&A. Prior to joining Liberum, he has worked in UK Investment Banking at Peel Hunt, Stifel and Dresdner Kleinwort. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant with PWC and is a Law graduate.
Liberum has also recently appointed Richard Lindley as Director, Investment Banking and Benjamin Cryer as Assistant Director, Investment Banking, both of whom will report directly into How.
Lindley joined Liberum at the end of last year from the corporate finance team at N+1 Singer, where he spent eight years. He has also worked at Rothschild and Williams de Broë, and has over 20 years of experience in the equity capital markets.
Cryer joins from Arden Partners where he was Corporate Finance Director, having previously been in the Capital Market Group at KPMG where he gained his CA and CTA qualifications.
Bidhi Bhoma, CEO of Liberum, commented: “We are delighted to welcome Nick, Richard and Ben to the Liberum team. The combined expertise and relationships they bring with them will substantially enhance the Support Services and Industrials team, which is a key pillar of our Investment Banking business, and will position us well to capitalise on the opportunities we see emerging in these sectors and products.”
