Liberum acts as Nomad and Joint Bookrunner on a £9.9m fundraising for Helium One Global Ltd
We are pleased to announce that Liberum acted as Nomad and Joint Bookrunner on a Placing and Subscription (the “Fundraise”) raising £9.9m for Helium One Global Ltd (the “Company”). The Fundraise was upsized in light of significant investor demand and was supported by both existing shareholders and new investors.
The net proceeds of the fundraise will be used to support the Company’s targeted Phase II helium exploration drilling programme in the Rukwa Basin, Tanzania, where the Company is hoping to identify a commercial scale discovery of helium.
Liberum was appointed as Nominated Adviser and Joint Broker to Helium One in February 2022
