Liberum appointed as Joint Corporate Broker to Esken Limited
We are pleased to announce that Liberum has been appointed as Joint Corporate Broker to Esken Limited with immediate effect.
Esken Limited (formerly Stobart Group Limited), an aviation and renewable energy group, is listed on the Premium Segment of the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange.
The energy division sources waste wood from third party suppliers such as construction businesses and household waste and recycling centres charging these suppliers a gate fee for taking the waste wood. The waste wood is then processed into biomass fuel. Esken supplies that biomass fuel to biomass plant customers.
The aviation division consists of two main assets being London Southend Airport and Stobart Aviation Services. Stobart Aviation Services is a provider of ground handling, passenger and airside services for airports and airlines in the UK.
