Liberum appointed as Joint Broker to Dignity PLC
We are pleased to announce that Liberum has been appointed as Joint Broker to Dignity PLC (“Dignity”) with immediate effect.
Dignity is a vertically integrated provider of funeral related services within the United Kingdom. The Company which was originally founded in 1994, listed on the stock market in 2004.
The Company operates through three segments: funeral services, crematoria, and pre-arranged funeral plans.
Dignity operates a network of approximately 800 funeral locations throughout the United Kingdom, 46 crematoria in England and Scotland, being the largest operator outside of the Local Authority sector and has approximately 558,000 active funeral plans.
Dignity has a market leading position as an integrated provider in a UK funeral market with attractive market dynamics. Following recent management change, including the appointment of Gary Channon as CEO, Dignity is embarking on a new strategy for growth with the first stages already being implemented.
