Liberum appointed as Joint Broker to DF Capital
We are pleased to announce that Liberum has been appointed as Joint Broker to Distribution Finance Capital Holdings plc (“DF Capital” or the “Company”) with immediate effect.
DF Capital is a specialist commercial lending and personal savings bank. It supports the working capital needs of manufacturers and dealers across the UK, enabled by an award winning online deposit raising capability.
The Company has grown significantly in recent years, was granted a bank licence in 2020, and had a loan book of £440m as at 31 December 2022, up 76% from the prior year.
The Company was admitted to trading on AIM in May 2019 and trades under the ticker DFCH.
