Liberum acts as bookrunner on a c.£28m secondary placing in DF Capital
We are pleased to announce that Liberum acted as bookrunner on a secondary placing in Distribution Finance Capital Holdings plc (“DF Capital” or the “Company”). Arrowgrass sold approximately 70.6m ordinary shares, representing 39.4% of DF Capital’s issued share capital, at a price of 40 pence per share.
The placing was oversubscribed and received strong support from new and existing blue-chip institutional investors. The placing saw Arrowgrass sell its entire stake in DF Capital.
Founded in 2016, DF Capital is a specialist bank providing working capital solutions to small and medium-sized businesses across the UK. The Company offers a range of flexible finance products that support the growth of these businesses.
The transaction marked the third placing of the year in which Liberum has acted on behalf of Arrowgrass.
