We are pleased to announce that Liberum has been appointed as Joint Corporate Broker to Cake Box with immediate effect.
Cake Box is a franchise retailer and manufacturer of egg-free, fresh cream cakes with a growing store base across the UK. The first concept store opened in East London in 2008 and the Group has grown rapidly since, admitting to AIM in June 2018.
Cake Box currently operates from 185 franchise stores across the UK specialising in making high quality and personalisable fresh cream cakes for purchase on demand or ordered in advance online.
Cake Box earns the majority of its revenue via manufacturing the cake sponge and supplying it along with other related cake supplies to its franchisees via its three vertically integrated manufacturing and distribution centres.
