We are pleased to announce that Liberum has been appointed as Nomad and Sole Broker to Bango PLC with immediate effect.
Bango PLC (“Bango”, or the “Company”) is an international mobile commerce company and direct carrier billing service provider.
Bango specialises in providing technology and services to global online businesses enabling them to offer alternative payment methods to customers such as direct carrier billing and e-wallets.
The Company’s core technology and service offerings provide mobile and fixed line users the ability to charge payments made on their devices to their monthly phone bill. Bango further monetises the billions of dollars of end-user spend it processes over its platform through Bango Marketplace, which offers the payment data from the Bango Platform in the form of anonymized audiences that are used by app marketers to enable them to target potential customers more effectively.
Bango, AIM-listed since June 2005, is based out of the UK, with offices in the USA and Japan.
