Liberum appointed as NOMAD and Corporate Broker to The Artisanal Spirits Company plc

The Artisanal Spirits Company plc (“Artisanal Spirits” or the “Company”) is the owner of The Scotch Malt Whisky Society (“SMWS”), the leading curator and provider of premium single cask Scotch malt whisky.

Established in 1983, SMWS whiskies are now for sale primarily online to members across the world with nearly 40,000 paying subscribers worldwide.

The SMWS provides members with inspiring experiences, content and exclusive access to a vast and unique range of outstanding single cast Scotch malt whiskies and other craft spirits, sourced from over 100 distilleries in 20 countries, expertly curated with diligence and care.

The Company also launched J.G. Thomson & Co. in 2021; a new, adventurous blender, creating small batch blended malt whiskies, blended grain whiskies, rum and gin.

Artisanal Spirits has traded on AIM since June 2021.

Liberum has been appointed as the Company’s NOMAD and Corporate Broker with immediate effect.
