A dedicated centre of excellence, accelerating investment into world-class science, engineering and technology in the Healthcare sector.
We support clients throughout their business lifecycle across the capital structure, from scale-up to later stage and exit.
We work with Panmure Liberum’s Growth Capital, Public Markets and Advisory businesses to support clients on the transition to public markets for IPOs or M&A.
Led by Freddy Crossley, with Ed Rayner and David Cox, all highly experienced in funding and advising Healthcare and Life Science companies.
How we do it
We focus on advising businesses seeking investment for research & development and commercial growth, providing support through the entire lifecycle from Series A, Growth Capital, Venture Debt, Secondaries and pre-IPO rounds.
We streamline private fundraising by advising on preparation, conducting targeted outreach into our wide investor network and running an efficient process through initial terms sheets to syndicate negotiations and deal closure.
We leverage the extensive sector expertise of the Cambridge team and the wider PL Healthcare group, and tap into a wide, global network of investors, including:
